Stuff I do for my customers ...

Business Stuff

There is far far more to building good software than being able to code. To begin with you need to understand a customer's business. How it thrives and how it fails. Codifying a bad business process is not the definition of success. Questioning company norms, suggesting changes to a poor business work flow and building a new process can add real value beyond simply coding. This is where good 'design' comes in. This is where real world business knowledge comes in.

I have spent my career working with major international distributors, retailers and field service installers. I understand what makes these companies successful, what are their best practices. Unlike simple coders, I will review with you what your goals are, the means by which you intend to get there and how a well constructed web based software solution will help you in your company's goals.
